The cleanliness of some areas, particularly the walls and crevices in the bathroom, left something to be desired.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident, especially in the rooms which have tea/coffee facilities and three single beds. Additionally, the location is ideal, with stunning views of the Melbourne CBD skyline and being close to the city center, restaurants, and public transport. Moreover, the proximity to MSAC is a convenient advantage for those attending events there.
The hotel could benefit from improving the state of the bathrooms.

Close to transport and restaurants. Comfy bed. Quiet area. Convenient common kitchen for cups and microwave. Easy check-in. Close to Albert park. Safe and flat for walking. Walking distance to restaurants and transport. Owners could be more talkative. a comfortable place to stay near the city.
